The certificate celebrates inns, agritourism farms, patisseries, wine taverns, and artisans offering authentic local flavours and products. Sevnica Premium offers products and experiences rooted in local tradition and ingredients — from homemade cheeses and yogurts, freshly baked bread and pastries, potica, flours, oils, Sevnica salami and ham, honey, juices, sparkling wine, and unique handcrafted items. Enjoy a Sevnica breakfast, multi-course dinners, cooking workshops, or evening castle tours recounting Countess Mathilda’s story — proudly shared by locals beyond Slovenia’s borders.
